Resolute Energy Corporation is engaged in the acquisition, development and production of onshore domestic oil and gas. Resolute’s producing assets are Greater Aneth Field in the Paradox Basin of Utah and Highlight field in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming, Permian Basin of West Texas and the Bakken trand in the Williston Basin of North Dakota. Resolute produced 7,920 equivalent barrels of oil per day in Q3, 2011, approximately 80% of which was crude oil.
